OUR CORE COMPETENCIES
CSR AND INCLUSIVENESS
The issues of accountability and performance have never been so intertwined, and are no longer just short-term requirements but long-term objectives.
CSR and inclusion and diversity approaches are opportunities to meet the growing expectations of customers and other stakeholders, to innovate and adapt to the changing economic context towards a functional, circular, collaborative economy. CSR is also an asset for employee retention and a real tool for the integration of the Y Generation, which overwhelmingly believes that companies must get involved in societal issues and facilitate their own personal involvement (as consumers or employees) in these issues.
To respond to these opportunities, organisations need managers capable of proposing cross-organisational projects, assessing the economic impact, but also social and environmental consequences, and managing their implementation.
The ambition of IPAG Business School is to train these managers, capable of implementing an inclusive, sustainable and human policy.
The programmes offered by the IPAG Business School on these themes are based on a strong partnership with the IPAG Chair "Inclusive Enterprise", whose work is based on close cooperation between the academic sphere and the business world.? The Chair, headed by Dr. Maria-Giuseppina BRUNA, contributes to the development and dissemination of knowledge and good practices around social inclusion at work, organisational agility and innovation (managerial, economic). It attaches a fundamental importance to the steering of CSR and diversity approaches, to societal auditing as a vector of socio-organisational transformation and to the management of diverse teams. It is part of a welfare perspective, territorial dynamic and sustainable growth. Agile leadership and the development of networks of agents of change are the major aspect of its work.

ENERGETIC AND ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION
The dependence of our economy on fossil fuels and a set of exhaustible resources puts us at the mercy of shortages and serious dangers. A profound and rapid change in economic models and production methods of organisations is indispensable.
Ten years ago, IPAG Business School set up a research laboratory with Environmental Economics as one of its areas of specialisation. The IPAG Chair "Environment, Climate Change and Energy Transition" (ECCET) was created in 2016 and studies the cooperation of Southern and Northern Mediterranean countries on energy transition issues. It conducts research projects to assess the potential and impact of European policies in the fields of industry, environment and energy. It also examines the functioning of the European carbon market and the social, economic and environmental effects of global warming.
In addition, since 2013, the Chair has been organising the ISEFI academic conference (International Symposium on Environment and Energy Finance Issues) , which brings together some of the world's leading specialists to discuss issues and prospects relating to finance, climate change and energy markets. For the past two years, it has also been organising the Energy and Environmental Transition Innovation Fair, aimed at companies and investors in the Energy and Environmental Transition.
To respond to the urgent need for awareness and learning, IPAG Business School has joined forces with the e5t Endowment Fund "Energy, Energy Efficiency, Economy, Environment and Territories" to unite their respective know-how and offer training of excellence adapted to future decision-makers, by creating the EHETE (école des Hautes études de la Transition énergétique).
The e5t Endowment Fund "Energy, Energy Efficiency, Economy, Environment and Territories" is an operational think tank focused on the issues inherent to the energy transition, whose ambition is both to carry out and support actions of general interest intended to promote the protection of the environment by leading a strategic reflection on the autonomy and the improvement of the energy intelligence of the territories.
EHETE offers an Energy Transition Executive MBA, a series of conferences, short two-day training courses, as well as tailor-made programmes.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP & SMES
IPAG Business School offers an entrepreneurial ecosystem based on teaching, research and valorisation. These three pillars interact and ensure complementarity between the academic and business ecosystems, while promoting strong values such as commitment and solidarity.
With the research of the Chair "Entrepreneurship and Digital Performance", focused on SMEs, Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation, IPAG Business School is in line with societal innovation by intending to have an increased entrepreneurial intention and activity as well as in the reflection on the tools and digital strategies of companies.
This chair is based in particular on the European Erasmus+ and H2020 projects, and its research is nourished by the social and solidarity projects carried out internally within initial training, and which serve as areas of scientific research, such as, for example, support for disadvantaged entrepreneurs (prisoners, senior citizens, disabled people, etc.).
